Good day for goals

MONDAY:

No cheese:  CHECK

Up early:  CHECK

workout:  NOPE

No fb,  blog, etc while kids awake:  CHECK

So today was good for me. I stuck by most of my goals.

Tomorrow will be a fabulous day – run in the morning (not up early since I’m still up at 1AM) and date day with Aaron!!!!

    I heard on the radio that it’s good to eat string cheese and/or apples before a meal so that you don’t overeat, and thought of you : )
